CHILD-CENTERED FAMILY RECONNECTION
Helping Families Safely Reconnect and Rebuild
Understanding reintegration from a personal and professional lens, I create an intentional path forward for families navigating separation, estrangement, and parent-child conflict.
This work is tailored to each family’s situation and focuses on creating emotional safety, improving communication, and supporting appropriate parent-child interaction over time.
I can help you with…
Rebuilding and strengthening parent-child relationships
Supporting families in improving communication, trust, healthy boundaries, and emotional safety
Helping children and parents navigate resistance to contact, reunification challenges, and high-conflict family dynamics
Collaborating with families, co-parents, and outside professionals to create structured, child-centered plans for reconnection
An Integrative, Client-Centered Approach
As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), I use an integrative, client-centered approach to therapy tailored to each individual’s unique needs, goals, and life experiences.
Drawing from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, (DBT) and psychodynamic theories, I work collaboratively with clients to help them better understand themselves, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My approach combines practical skill-building with deeper insight and emotional exploration. CBT and DBT techniques help clients manage anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, and stress, while psychodynamic work supports greater self-awareness and understanding of underlying patterns that may impact thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
That’s why I built Reintegration Therapy KC—I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Every person brings a unique story, and I strive to create a supportive, compassionate environment where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.

I am out-of-network (OON) for insurances due to the nature of this service. However, I can provide you with a superbill you can submit to your insurance provider for potential OON reimbursement.
-
Contact your insurance provider and ask what your out-of-network benefits are. Here is a list of questions you may ask.
Do I have out-of-network benefits? Confirm if your plan covers non-participating providers.
What is my out-of-network deductible? Ask how much you must pay out-of-pocket before benefits begin.
How much of my deductible has been met? Determine how much more you need to spend.
What is my co-insurance or reimbursement percentage? Ask what percentage of the cost they will pay after the deductible is met (e.g., "Do you cover 60% of the cost?").
What is my out-of-pocket maximum? Find out the maximum amount you will pay in a year, after which the plan may pay 100%.
What is the "allowed amount" or "usual, customary, and reasonable (UCR)" rate? Ask if they pay based on a percentage of the provider’s bill or a lower, fixed fee.
How do I submit claims? Ask about the process for submitting "superbills" for reimbursement

While holding space for your pain, I give hope and practical skills to families where tired smiles hide the weight of uncertainty, where quiet dinners are threaded with unasked questions, and where parents ache to do the right thing but feel unequipped.
I stand beside those caregivers, offering clear, compassionate guidance and concrete tools so a fractured routine can become steady again. We teach ways to listen without judgment, to set boundaries without guilt, and to celebrate small steps that signal real progress.
Together, we plant seeds of resilience: practical strategies that ease daily life, emotional support that lightens the load, and hope that, over time, transforms fragile endurance into lasting strength. I would be honored to walk alongside you.
